01 / Proposed contracting seller

Proposed model: Sales Squad Oy sells the digital-content license to the buyer in its own name under a reseller authorization from the maker. The maker supplies the package to Sales Squad and is identified for provenance and product support; the buyer's contractual seller and consumer-remedy contact would be Sales Squad. This allocation has not been adopted. Payment routing alone does not establish it, and no purchase is currently accepted.

02 / What would be agreed

Before a payable order, the product and checkout must identify the seller, release/version, included files, license scope, required software/accounts, interoperability, permissions, outside API charges, known limitations, delivery method, support and update obligations. A separate product license may add usage permissions but cannot remove mandatory consumer rights. No recurring subscription or hosted execution is included unless separately and expressly sold.

The final buyer total must include applicable tax and unavoidable charges. No additional payment is authorized by accepting these terms. An accepted offer fixes the agreed amount; it does not itself charge the buyer. Contract conclusion and durable order confirmation must be implemented and confirmed before these draft terms can become effective. A payment button must unambiguously state the obligation to pay.

03 / Delivery and use

The proposed supply is a versioned download made available after verified payment and valid supply instructions. A checkout return page is not delivery evidence. The buyer must receive durable confirmation of the contract, license, price and any early-supply consent. Exact support and update promises must appear on each release; necessary statutory updates are not displaced by a 'no updates' label.

Use the package within its disclosed license. Third-party accounts and costs remain subject to their own terms; no permission is granted to access another person's systems. Files already downloaded cannot be technically recalled. Do not continue using content after a lawful cancellation requiring use to cease.

04 / Rights and complaints

The refunds and withdrawal policy and model withdrawal form below describe consumer protections. A permitted withdrawal exception does not eliminate remedies for defective or undelivered content. Business buyers retain their express contractual and applicable legal rights; the consumer withdrawal rules do not automatically apply to a purchase made for business purposes.

Contact mikael@ssquad.info with an order reference and requested remedy. Unresolved consumer matters may be taken to Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board, without limiting access to a competent court. No discontinued EU online-dispute-resolution portal is required or offered here.
