THE DETAILS MATTER

Seller agreement — proposed launch terms

Draft for review, not an active commercial agreement. No seller can accept live orders or receive payouts in this preview.

01 / Eligibility and verification

Sellers must be adults with authority over their business and intellectual property. Before listing approval, provide trader/non-trader status, legal name, registration and contact details where required, and complete the selected payment provider’s onboarding. Public disclosures and checks will follow the applicable marketplace obligations. A payment identity check does not certify software quality.

02 / Publication requirements

Every published release must disclose functionality, runtime compatibility, permissions, external dependencies and ongoing costs, license scope, update commitment, support terms and known limitations. The published artifact must have an immutable version and digest. Packages will need a quarantine and review process before downloads are enabled.

You warrant that you have the required rights to distribute your product and that the description is accurate. You must not include malware, hidden credential collection, unlicensed datasets, deceptive claims or undisclosed automated external actions.

03 / Pricing, offers and fees

Proposed fixed prices and offers use a specified currency and integer minor units. A seller’s acceptance must lock a specific release and amount. Buyer payment remains a separate step. Offers must expire and may be withdrawn before acceptance under the published rules.

The selected platform commission is 12% of the completed sale amount, calculated in minor units and disclosed before sale. The final terms must clarify the commission tax base and VAT treatment. Payment processing costs, dispute fees, tax treatment, payout schedule and negative-balance allocation still require final disclosure and acceptance. They must be disclosed in a final seller agreement and setup before the first live sale. No fee percentage in an internal plan is a contract.

04 / Delivery, refunds and support

Before selling, commit to the included files, compatible version and support channel. Download entitlements must follow a verified paid event and explicit applicable consent, not a checkout return page. Refunds, disputes and statutory rights must follow the final purchase terms; downloaded information cannot be technically recalled.

The final agreement must define the seller/platform role in each transaction, required tax documentation and lawful reporting duties. Those roles cannot be inferred solely from a payment API configuration.

05 / Review and removal

We may request corrections, withhold publication or restrict harmful material. A notice and review path must be available for eligible restrictions. Serious complaints and financial exceptions need a reviewable human decision. Agent assistance does not remove platform responsibilities.
